Alex Tieu

Alexandra Tieu is the co-founder and CEO of JLG Lawyers, where she leads with a philosophy she calls Justice with Humanity. Before law, she built and sold companies across real estate and proptech, helping grow Movoto into the second-largest online real estate brokerage in the US before its $60 million exit, and serving as COO of Propy, where her team recorded the first-ever property transfer on the blockchain. At JLG, she has helped the firm recover more than $800 million for California employees, while building an in-house client app and a debt-free apprenticeship path for aspiring attorneys. She is also managing partner of Twenty Five Ventures and a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council.
